One of My Favorite Basic Smoothies

Here is one of my favorite smoothies:

3 medium bananas, peels removed (354 g)

1 medium orange, peel removed (131 g)

¼ cup blueberries (37 g)

1 mango, peel and pit removed (336 g)

¼ cup strawberry (38 g)

⅛ cup raspberry (15.4 g)

3 cups kale (63 g)
